I got nothing today

*the Beetison mansion at Ironhorse golf course - Ashland, NE

I honestly had every intention of going home yesterday and working on a blog post for today, but after golfing all day and then going running - it just didn't happen.  

However, I'm damn proud of our 2 miles yesterday and I can't express how good it feels to be training again!
