Julio's in west Omaha - 123rd & Center is amazing Mexican cuisine AND they have a specific gluten-free menu!
I tried the shrimp tacos - for once getting out of my comfort zone. They were surprisingly yummy with a mango salsa. Julio's also has the absolute best rice ever!! I could eat an entire bowl of it :)
Rick Fox is the owner of the west Julio's and he's a long time friend - he's worked hard to ensure his gluten free menu is safe and wonderfully delicious so I can eat there!! I use to work at the Bank right next door so I liked to sneak over there for lunch occasionally - sooo good!!
There is also a Julio's downtown in the Old Market, but I've only had drinks there - not food. Each location has a different owner so I'm not sure if they have a g-free menu. You'll just have to check it out!
