While I was shopping at HyVee the other day, the Health Market Manager and I got to chatting about gluten free flour and mixes and all sorts of things. His son has celiac's so he's well acquainted with gluten free baking. He practically forced this mix into my cart - explaining that it's the absolute best BEST muffin mix!!
I'm always a little skeptical about "mixes" only because I've had some bad experiences with them. There are some really terrible ones out there - it's always a trial and error situation.
HOWEVER, he was absolutely correct. This is an exceptional product and my muffins were beyond delicious!! I'll share my recipe with you tomorrow!
