I was really surprised how easy this machine is to use - I was pretty skeptical at first but after my first glass, hooked! It's taken me a couple tries to get a few good recipes figured out but in reality they have all been delicious (edible). I'm now figuring out how to utilize the pulp for recipes. Not to sound like an infomercial - but I actually feel really great. I think my system needed a total overhaul :)
