Delice Bakery in midtown crossing #1 has really amazing coffee and #2 every now and then they have macaroons. This is literally only the second time in probably a year I've seen them. Their macaroons are very well crafted and deliciously flavored - raspberry and espresso. The raspberry filling is silky and perfect - I can only dream of making filling like this!
I have a super busy weekend ahead, as usual. Donating blood on Saturday morning, laundry, hopefully some coffee shop and writing time, a big birthday celebration for my Dad with some family friends... then back to Omaha Sunday to spend the day with my best friend and off to the Maroon 5 concert!
